3D Puffy Embroidered Logo Flexfit Cotton Blend Cap

These comfortable navy color fitted caps have an elastic band called Flexfit that stretches and conforms to your head shape.  Our 3-Seams Logo comes beautifully embroidered on the front in puffy 3D twill.  Available in two sizes - S/M (size 6 3/4” to 7 1/4”) or L/XL (7 1/8” to 7 5/8”).  

Made of a 63/34/3 polyester/cotton/PU spandex twill blend, these hats by Yupoong are engineered for stretch-fit performance without adjustment hardware. The polyester-dominant blend provides shape retention and color consistency across production runs, while the cotton component adds breathability and a softer hand feel. The PU spandex integration delivers the signature Flexfit stretch that conforms to head shape while maintaining structured crown integrity throughout wear cycles and decoration processes.

The mid-profile structured design features a six-panel construction with sewn eyelets for ventilation and a Permacurv visor that holds its curve without breaking down over time.
